By participating in the #YourArch Fan Mosaic, you understand that images may be used of your likeness depicting the Gateway Arch Park Foundation’s event and mission and promoting community support for the Gateway Arch and its surrounding areas now and in the future.

 

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which you hereby acknowledge, you irrevocably grant Gateway Arch Park Foundation, its agents, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns (the “Released Entities”) the right to use, publish, and copyright the images and recordings in any way, manner, or shall have no right of approval, and no claim for any use, alteration, distortion, or illusionary effect.

 

You hereby relinquish all rights, title, and interest you may have in the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith, and waive all rights to any further compensation thereof.

 

You hereby waive and release the Released Entities from any claim or liability arising out of or relating to such use.  You further understand that any recordings and images made pursuant to this Release may be used by the Released Entities without any liability or compensation. You understand and acknowledge that any such recordings which are posted to the Internet may be viewed by anyone with access to the Internet worldwide.

 

You have read this Release prior to its execution, you understand this Release, and you agree to this Release on behalf of yourself, the participant, and all (respective) successors, assigns, and heirs.
