Mother's Birthday Celebrations

Title
Mother's Birthday Celebrations
Description
For about ten years my mother treated all of her children and spouses to dinner at the Top of the Riverfront to celebrate her birthday. We all cherish this special memory with her. Even though her vision was very limited, as a lifelong St Louis resident she loved the view of the arch, riverfront and city.
