By submitting your story/image(s)/audio you agree that your submission is your own original work and that you have the right to submit it to Gateway Arch Park Foundation. You further agree that by submitting your story, audio, and/or images the story/images/audio submitted may be used in any printed or digital publication or in any way by GAPF.

By submitting your story/image(s)/audio you agree to the following terms:

I understand that all materials submitted will be used only for research, educational, web, exhibit, program, presentation, and promotional purposes by GAPF, including in any fundraising materials to support the missinon of GAPF.

This agreement grants to GAPF a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, use, and modify images of the original materials submitted for any of its institutional purposes including exhibit, public programming, promotional materials, fundraising collateral, and in any of its publications in any medium now known or hereafter devised.

This non-exclusive license, which does not transfer ownership of the copyright to GAPF, shall survive all assignments of copyright.
