Gateway Arch Park Foundation is excited to announce the return of Sunrise Yoga on Kiener Plaza in Downtown St. Louis. Join us every Tuesday for a 30-minute all-level yoga class presented by Gateway Arch Park Foundation and led by our friends at Yoga Buzz.

In-Person classes will resume Tuesday, May 18, 2021 on Kiener Plaza. Check-in begins at 7:00 a.m. and classes start at 7:30 a.m. each week, weather permitting. Sunrise Yoga is free and open to the public. New COVID-19 social distancing guidelines require all attendees to pre-register. There will be a cap of 50 registrants per class, and all other guests will be encouraged to join the virtual stream via Facebook Live on the Gateway Arch Park Foundation’s Facebook page.
