Gateway Arch

Gateway Arch Park Foundation and Gateway Arch National Park in partnership with St. Louis Public Library and the Docent Council of Metropolitan St. Louis are excited to announce the first Greater St. Louis Volunteer Fair!

Join us from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17, outside the west entrance of the Gateway Arch Visitor Center (rain out location is on the Mezzanine inside the Gateway Arch Visitor Center). Learn about local nonprofits, their missions, and how YOU can get involved!

The Greater St. Louis Volunteer Fair is free and open to the public.

Showcasing your organization:

The Greater St. Louis Volunteer Fair is open to all local nonprofits to showcase your mission and programs and recruit potential volunteers in the community.

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 50 applicants. All applications after the first 50 will be put on a waiting list. Applications will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7. Each organization will be provided with a 6-ft. table,  two chairs, and refreshments throughout the day. All tables must be attended to throughout the fair.

Organizations are welcome to bring posters, pictures, brochures, giveaways, and any other promotional materials. Gateway Arch National Park has free Wi-Fi on the grounds provided by Gateway Arch Park Foundation. All guests are welcome to use it.

More details such as parking, set up, etc. will be provided two weeks before the event. For more information or questions, please contact Meagan Patterson at or (314) 881-3537.
