In the shadow of the Gateway Arch or under its new lights, the Winterfest Ice Rink is a great winter destination! Enjoy the rink, sip hot chocolate in the renovated park, or explore the play ground.

Gateway Arch Park Foundation members will receive $2 off skate rentals throughout the Winterfest Ice Rink Season*.

Monday, December 24 – Tuesday, January 1: open everyday noon – 8 p.m.
Saturday, November 17: Opening Day noon – 8 p.m. & Festival of Lights 4 – 8 p.m.
Thursday, November 22: Thanksgiving Day Skate 8 a.m. – noon with free skate rental & the Thanksgiving Day Parade (rink is only open 8 a.m. - noon on Thanksgiving)
Saturday, November 24: One Nation Night 5 – 8 p.m. (Postponed from November 23)
December 31: New Year’s Eve Party: 4 – 8 p.m. with fireworks at 8 p.m.
January 1: New Year’s Day Skate – last day of Winterfest Ice Rink season.
Thursday Theme Nights:
Dress up before heading to the rink! Skaters who look the part will get $2 off their skate rental. Theme nights are: 11/29 Favorite Decade, 12/6 Star Wars, 12/13 Surfs Up, 12/20 Ugly Sweater, 12/27 School Spirit.
Skate with Characters Sundays:
Special VIP guests from movies and television will be skating on Sundays for great photo-ops with kids and fans of all ages. Special appearances: 12/2 Disney Princesses, 12/9 Daniel Tiger and Katerina Kittycat, 12/16 Elsa and Olaf, 12/30 Captain America and Spiderman.
3 on 3 Hockey:
The Winterfest 3 on 3 Hockey Classic starts Nov. 25 and ends with the Championship being played on Dec. 29. Teams will compete for the Winterfest 3 on 3 championship trophy on the Winterfest rink at Kiener Plaza. Registration fee is $500 a team. Click here for more information and registration. The public is invited to watch the exciting games from 10 a.m. to noon.
Little Blues - Learn to Play Program:
Every Sunday from Nov. 25 - Dec. 30 (Excluding Dec. 23) 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Little Blues at the Winterfest Ice Rink is every Sunday. Registration is $150.00 and includes a full set of equipment, USA Hockey membership, five hour long practices, and a Blue Note Kids Club membership. Click here for more information and registration.
